Greet slowly in the musubi-dachiposition.

Announce the kata: “Tekki Nidan”.

Yoï: In the hachiji-dachi position, fists in front of the hips.

1. Ryo-hiji haraï-age: Turn your head to the right and pass your left foot in front of your right foot, lowering the pelvis, only to find yourself in the kosa-dachiposition. Simultaneously, raise your fists vertically in front of you by raising and flexing your elbows sideways. The fists are at chest height so as to perform a double upward elbow sweep(ryo-hiji haraï-age).

2. Migi fumikomi-geri/Migi sokumen-uke: Pass the weight of the body on the left leg and throw the right foot in front of you. Simultaneously, raise your fists mightily, elbows joined in front of the chest. Carry a right crushed kick(fumikomi-geri)on the right side to find yourself in the kiba-dachi position, while running a lateral blockage of the right arm to the right(sokumen-uke),movement accompanied by the left arm.

3. Migi gedan soto-ude-uke: Pass the left foot in front of the right foot by lowering the pelvis, to find yourself in the kosa-dachiposition. Simultaneously, lower the right arm in front of you to perform a low level external-indoor blockage(soto-ude-uke). In doing so, open the left hand to accommodate the right arm, the left thumb being against the lower part of the right elbow and the other fingers applied to the hollow of the elbow.

4. Migi gedan uchi-ude-uke: Pushing on the left foot, send the right foot to the right in the kiba-dachi position. At the same time, send the right arm in the same direction to perform an indoor-outdoor low level(uchi-ude-uke).

5. Ryo-hiji haraï-age: Turn your head to the left, bring your left foot back to your right foot, placing your fists in front of your hips. Join your feet in the heisoku-dachiposition. Allow the pelvis to rise at the same time as you raise your fists vertically in front of the chest to perform a double upward scan with the elbows(ryo-hiji haraï-age).

6. Hidari fumikomi-geri/Hidari sokumen-uke: Pass the body weight on the right leg and throw the left foot in front of you. Simultaneously, raise your fists mightily, elbows joined in front of the chest. Carry a left crushed kick(fumikomi-geri)on the left side to find yourself in the kiba-dachiposition, while running a lateral blockage of the left arm to the left(sokumen-uke),movement accompanied by the right arm.

7. Hidari gedan soto-ude-uke: Pass your right foot in front of the left foot, lowering the pelvis, to find yourself in the kosa-dachi position. Simultaneously, lower the left arm in front of you to perform a low level external-indoor blockage(soto-ude-uke). In doing so, open the right hand to accommodate the left arm, the right thumb being against the lower part of the left elbow and the other fingers applied to the hollow of the elbow.

8. Hidari gedan uchi-ude-uke: Pushing on the right foot, send the left foot to the left in the kiba-dachiposition. At the same time, send the left arm in the same direction to perform an inner-outside low level(uchi-ude-uke).

9. Koshi-kamae/ Migi soete sokumen-uke: Still in the kiba-dachi position, turn your head to the right, bringing both fists back to the left hip. At the same time, open your left hand and close the right. Come apply the anterior face of the right fist against the left palm in koshi-kamaeposture. Pass the right arm in front of you to make a lateral blockage on the right side, the left hand in support against the inner face of the rightforearm (soete-sokumen-uke).

10. Migi fumikomi-geri/Migi soete mae empi-uchi: Turn your head to look ahead, throw the right leg up, in front of you, bringing the right elbow backwards. The left hand accompanies the movement of the right arm, applied to the anterior face of the fist.
Rest your right foot with a crushed kick(fumikomi-geri)to find yourself in the kiba-dachi position. Simultaneously, powerfully send the right elbow forward to strike with a frontal elbow(mae empi-uchi). Throughout the technique, the left palm remains resting against the right fist.

11. Migi sokumen tate shuto-uke: Still in the kiba-dachi position, complete the movement of the right arm and flex the wrist upwards, so that when the movement arrives you will perform a vertical blockage of the right hand edge(tate shuto-uke).

12. Hidari kagi-zuki: On the spot, still in the kiba-dachi position, punch in the middle level left hook(kagi-zuki).

13. Migi fumikomi-geri/Hidari chudan uchi-ude-uke: Without altering the position of the upper half of the body, and without raising the pelvis, pass the left foot in front of the right foot in the kosa-dachiposition. With your right foot, kick a crushed kick(fumikomi-geri),to find yourself in the kiba-dachi position. Simultaneously, run an inside-outside left middle level lock in front of you(uchi-ude-uke).

14. Migi jodan nagashi-uke/Hidari gedan-barai/Migi jodan ura-zuki :

(14A) Raise your right fist in front of you by pulling your left elbow down and backwards. Cross your arms in front of your chest, right arm on the outside. Pull the right elbow back, behind the right shoulder to perform a swept high level(nagashi-uke). Simultaneously, send the left arm down, in front of you, to perform a punch block(gedan-barai).
(14B) On the spot, still in the kiba-dachi position, bring the left fist in front of you to the level of the solar plexus, and carry a close right punch high level(ura-zuki).

15. Koshi-kamae/ Hidari soete sokumen-uke: Still in the kiba-dachi position, turn your head to the left, bringing both fists back to the right hip. At the same time, open your right hand and close the left. Come apply the anterior face of the left fist against the right palm in koshi-kamaeposture. Pass the left arm in front of you to make a lateral blockage on the left side, the right hand in support against the inner face of the left forearm(soete-sokumen-uke).

16. Hidari fumikomi-geri/Hidari soete mae empi-uchi: Turn your head to look ahead, throw the left leg up, in front of you, bringing the left elbow backwards. The right hand accompanies the movement of the left arm, applied to the anterior face of the fist.
Rest your left foot with a crushed kick(fumikomi-geri)to find yourself in the kiba-dachi position. Simultaneously, powerfully send the left elbow forward to strike with a frontal elbow(mae empi-uchi). Throughout the technique, the right palm remains resting against the left fist.

17. Hidari sokumen tate shuto-uke: Still in the kiba-dachiposition, complete the movement of the left arm and flex the wrist upwards, so that when the movement arrives, you will perform a vertical blockage of the edge of the left hand(tate shuto-uke).

18. Migi kagi-zuki: On the spot, still in the kiba-dachi position, punch in the right right middle level(kagi-zuki).

19. Hidari fumikomi-geri/Migi chudan uchi-ude-uke: Without altering the position of the upper half of the body, and without raising the pelvis, pass the right foot in front of the left foot in the kosa-dachiposition. With your left foot, kick a crushed kick(fumikomi-geri),to find yourself in the kiba-dachi position. Simultaneously, run an inner-outside block right middle level in front of you(uchi-ude-uke).

20. Hidari jodan nagashi-uke/Migi gedan-barai/Hidari jodan ura-zuki:

(20A) Raise your left fist in front of you by pulling your right elbow down and backwards. Cross your arms in front of your chest, left arm on the outside. Pull the left elbow back, behind the left shoulder to perform a deadlock swept high level(nagashi-uke). Simultaneously, send the right arm down, in front of you, to perform a punch block(gedan-barai).
(20B) On the spot, still in the kiba-dachiposition, bring the right fist in front of you to the level of the solar plexus, and carry a close punch left high level(ura-zuki).
